Hi, I’m Aaron Katz—a coach who helps young professionals find clarity, confidence, and momentum in their careers. After more than 30 years leading teams in analytics, marketing, and strategy at companies like Hasbro, Fidelity, and Boston Beer, I’ve seen the inner workings of complex organizations—and the common missteps that derail talented early-career professionals. I want to enable you to make smart, meaningful career moves. Whether it's figuring out which career path to choose, how to communicate your value, or how to navigate tricky team dynamics, I bring practical insight, empathy, and a steady hand.

One reason I coach is because I was a young professional once and I made so many mistakes along the way. I would have benefited tremendously from having someone who could help pull out of me what I wanted to do with my career. I want young professionals to have a non-judgmental space where they can dream and ideate, but also where they learn practical skills and take action to be the best version of themselves.
